Baltimore Work Camp is open to Groups in the Archdiocese of Baltimore.
  • If you are a high school student who would like to attend Work Camp please check with your local Parish to see if they are planning to take a group. No students may register on their own.
  • If you are a Youth Minister or Parish leader please follow the steps below to register your group.

Step 1: Group Registration
  • Parish Stakeholder (adult responsible for the group) complete the Group Registration Form in January. Email it to the Director at [email protected]. Groups will be added to the Youth & Adult registration forms once a Group Registration has been received. 

Step 2: Advertise & Collect Registrations

  • Registration for Youth (incoming 8th grade-outgoing 12th - this includes 18 year olds who just graduated high school)
  • Registration for Adults (Adults 18+)
  • $50 Non-Refundable deposit is due for all Youth Campers and Crew Leaders by March 15.  Spots without the deposit are not guaranteed. We anticipate Camp selling out early this year.

Step 3:
  • Registration closes May 15 or whenever the Camp is full.
  • No refunds will be issued after May 15. (Groups may buy spots from each other)
  • Share Medications Form & Packing List with registered Campers
  • Ensure all volunteers are VIRTUS certified.
  • Invite Adults to the Adult Zoom Training meeting.
  • Invite Work Camp parents & Parish volunteers to assist with Security: Sign up Here
  • Invite Parishioners and parents to assist with the Kitchen ministry: Sign up here
  • Invite Parish Priests to assist with Liturgy. Sign up Here

Step 4
  • Invoices will be sent by the end of May. Payment is due in full by June 15 to St Ann Catholic Church.
  • Hold a Parish Tool Training event or collaborate with another group.
  • VIRTUS Compliance Form emailed to Director by June 15.
